Pho hoa , My Vietnamese Noodle Soup Adventure

I was just going out of the office when I received a txt from Jessa; she’s a podium and was teaching ballet to group of 3. Well, since it was near my place, we agree to meet afterwards. It was seldom for me have a me time my children, that’s why I make sure we have a good time. After going around the mall for a just a few minute, I saw Jessa coming. She was tired she said and hungry as well. The mall at that was full of shoppers, since it was Sale day after all.

I’m tired of the usual food joint that we go through that        why I ask her if she wants something new. I had always love the Vietnamese food since I first got a taste of it years back, that’s why when I saw the chance to visit it again, I was only too happy to share it with my Jessa.

We went to lower ground where Pho Hoa is located.

Pho Hoa Noodle Soup is restaurants that specialize in naturally flavored and healthy soups. Each bowl of soup is carefully prepared with a variety of meat toppings and accompanied with fresh coriander leaves, bean sprouts, hot chili peppers, lemon wedges and basil leaves. Pho Hoa, a conscious choice to a healthy and well-balanced meal!

Jessa was so excited to try the soup and I ask the waiter to serve us extra bean sprouts and coriander leave, and the waiter happily obliged to our request. They even gave us an extra bowl of soup. I don’t know how to describe it but there’s something about the soup that when you mix it with the basil and lemon and put some hoisin and hot sauce that I can’t seem to stop. I could event eat the whole large bowl myself.
