Eat, Paint and Jam at Troika

Yes, malapit na ang weekend and it means it’s time to look for a place where we can chill out and rest our mind and body for a while

For those who are near the area of UST, did you know that there’s a place that you could hang around, eat, paint and jam to relax your mind and tummy; I would like to present to you: Troika

Troika is located at 823 Extremadura St., Brgy 460 Sampaloc Manila (near Florida Bus).

Since the owner is a set of 3, they name their bar and restaurant, Troika.

The first thing that I notice was the diverse interior set,  the ceiling are expose which is a good thing ;  there’s a vintage wall which display a lot of old things while the bar has some recycled products that was used as design.

The food is worthy of its price and yummy. It was well presented because of its unique dish not to mention the out of this world placemat (Imagine using a plaka for placemat: genius) and not to mention their tissue holder (better see it for yourself)

I mention about the painting; right. They have different painting displayed inside the restaurant that you can purchase and if you feel like you have the artistic ability; you can even do your own painting. For a price ranging from 80.00 to 150.00 ‘you will be provided with your own canvass, a brush and some paint (remember, there is no right or wrong when it comes to expressing your inner thoughts)

There is also a band that holds jamming sessions and you can also play yourself, just borrow some guitar that are place in one spot and jam with your friends.  And you can choose do play with a board of chess

Generally, there are a lot of thing you can do in Troika

So, what are you waiting for; eat, jam and paint your weekend

Brinner Cafe: Breakfast Till Dinner Cafe

The first thing that you would be concern about when you set up a business is the profit.
Well I guess; I meet a different kind of businessmen because Brinner Café is the one business that thinks of its customer’s happiness before the big profit thing

Located at 1676 Piy Margal cor. M. Dela Fuente St., Manila, Sampaloc is a small, cute, inspiring café named Brinner Café.

They cater to the needs of the community and not just the students. They served breakfast for dinner menu which is basically a silog type of dish plus mouthwatering, belly filling waffles plus their customized cakes.

Take a Sip, Take a Bite at the Yellow Tree Coffee and Tea

Let’s just make it simple and thirst quenching as possible

There is a place located at Panay Ave that served coffee and tea plus their flavor of the month cakes:  the Yellow Tree Coffee and Tea.

The owner just love coffee and tea and wish for a place that they hang around and Yellow Tree Coffee and Tea was born.

They have a variety of coffee and tea which you will not get tired of ordering. As they say, di ka mauumay or magsasawa.

Experience Cebu : Where to eat in Manila the Cebu way

I just recently came from Cebu for the Sinulog 2016. During our stay at Cebu there’s this restaurant that serves good seafood dishes. The restaurant is called Choobi Choobi which was located at Parkmall in Mandaue City.

It was really nice since they made my dining experience memorable because of their good food and ambience at very affordable prices.

I would truly miss them but lucky for us Manilenos because Choobi Choobi opened a branch in Quezon City.

Choobi Choobi Manila branch is located at 102 Panay Ave., Quezon City. It is strategically located in a place where it is accessible by public transportation and yet secluded enough that you would enjoy a more private venue.
