Zhu Kitchen: For Hand Pulled Noodles and a whole lot more

When it comes to noodles, nothing beats a hand pulled noodle. If you want an authentic hand pulled noodle made from scratch, then Zhu Kitchen is the place for you. Whether you like Chinese dishes or not; your opinion will be as good as mine. I love noodles, with soup or not and Zhu Kitchen offers a whole lot more. Zhu Kitchen has dim sums and you actually can order anything if they have the ingredients for it.  

Not to be bias or anything, Chef Karl Kaw is a relative of my former boss and chatting with him brings back memories of food that I love.

Let start our dinner, shall we

First stop is the Hakaw Dimsums (Steamed Shrimp Dumpling). When it comes to shrimp, they really make it a point to put 2 pieces (how generous)

And Pork Siomai (or is this shrimp siomai; since they also put a chunk of shrimp in the dish

The is Deep Fried Seafood X.O. Radish Cake

And now for my noodles, the Beef La Mian. This dish is a sure deal, not only on your tummy but with your pocket as well

For the rice, we had the White Sauce Seafood Baked Rice. This dish a total meal itself; with rice and seafood and it’s baked.
