Italian Porchetta + Orange Truck = Chef Robby Goco

I say that what ever we created with our heart is a masterpiece.  And when we create this masterpiece, we don’t think of limitation and it’s boundaries but what it could present.
This coming Feb. 22-25, 2013 is a date that food lovers shouldn’t miss as  Chef Raoul Roberto “ Robby” Goco presents his own masterpiece as he compete on the Food Truck Challenge at the Manila Food and Wine Festival 2013

Chef Robby’s variation of his Porchetta is his way of bringing two worlds of culinary tradition – the Italian spiced pulled pork in a sandwich and Pinoy’s well celebrated lechon.

Raoul Roberto " Robby" Goco is the man behind CYMA Greek Restaurant
 and Charlie's Hand-crafted Burgers
Italian pulled pork made of savory, fatty, and moist boneless pork roast of Italian culinary tradition, spiced with garlic, rosemary, fennel and other herbs.

The Porchetta in a freshly baked bun with potato wedges , I love the caramelized onions and arugula leaves that gives that freshness feeling with every bite I take.

To jump up to another level, top your Porchetta with a sunny side up egg
The Porchetta will be Chef Robby’s offering at his Orange Truck at the Food Truck Challenge, which will be the kick-off event of The Manila Food and Wine Festival 2013. The Food Truck Challenge will pit some of the best Filipino chefs to test their culinary prowess, skill and food creation in a fun yet fierce battle for culinary honor. Battle ground is at the SM Mall of Asia complex, Block 12.
Tickets for Chef Robby’s Porchetta can be purchased at http://www.ticketsource.biz/public/mfwfbooking.aspx#. Online ticket is at P250, on-site ticket is at P350.
