Village Tavern Celebrates First Anniversary with TOMAHAWK and more

Bonifacio High Street has been known as the place to wine and dine first class. It has been a year since Village Tavern opened its door to the public. Now that Village Tavern is celebrating their first year, they want to offer something more to their loyal clients.

 It was a night of good food and good company as we dine and chat the night away at Village Tavern.

The evening start with small plates of Crispy Clams with Spicy Lemon Dip

The baby clams are crunchy to the last piece and the lemon was spicy enough to make you want for more

Pan seared Atlantic cod cooked with Spanish chorizo and garlic, served on a bed of salt roasted potato. Make  sure to get a piece of everything when you taste it

The steaks are aged, handcut and grilled to the perfect temperature. Make sure you have enough space on your tummy for this dish for it could really knock you down

Light and airy lime infused frozen souffle, garnished with candied lime and walnut powder,  a good way to end

As if that isn’t enough, Village Tavern is also hosting Wednesday Night Out, featuring half off on all wines by the glass, as well as all cocktails and liquors.

With so many new restaurants in the metro, it can be quite difficult to create a following, especially as Filipinos become more adventurous. The new menu is their way of saying thank you to their loyal patrons – those who have their favorites and keep coming back for more, and of course, those who are always on the lookout for something new, something exciting, something to thrill their palate.
