DIM SUM … AND THEN SOME

Just got home from a wonderful lunch with some friends. It was not just an ordinary lunch for it was made special by Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila’s signature Chinese restaurant, Li Li Café. Li Li Café offers an extensive selection of small and scrumptious dim sum creations that can satisfy even my biggest appetite.
My  All-you-can-eat dim sum and Sunday Yum Cha at Li Li experience

From Monday to Saturday, Li Li offers an all-you-can-eat dim sum for just PHP888 net per person, available from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.

Aren't they cute, I just want to look at them instead of eating
The fun begins with choosing from a menu featuring a long list of culinary delights.  Each delicacy is freshly cooked and served hot. Dim sum favourites include “Har Gaw” Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Deep-fried Taro Puff with Chicken and Baked Barbecued Pastry Puff to name just a few. Recently introduced is a variety of ocean fresh seafood dim sum such as  Deep-Fried Ocean Prawn encased with Crabstick Meat, Steamed Dumplings with Cod Fish, Steamed Shrimp with Dried Seaweed Roll, Steamed Crab Meat  and deep fried Norwegian Salmon pockets to name just a few.

Aside from dim sum, other authentic Cantonese dishes are endlessly served too including such delicacies as Wok-fried Radish Cake, Chicken in Simmered Soya Sauce, Barbecued Pork Belly, Braised Noodle with Shredded Abalone Mushroom and Stir-fried Vegetables in Garlic.

Sunday Yum Cha at Li Li is ideal for guests who enjoy an endless array of delicious dim sum for brunch, from 11:30 am until 3:00 pm. For only PHP 1,650 net per person, family and friends can indulge in a wide selection of dim sum and other Cantonese offerings. A dessert buffet of traditional Chinese desserts such as Almond Cream with Glutinous Dumpling and Chilled Mango Cream with Sago concludes the meal on a sweet note. Rate is already inclusive of free-flowing iced tea, soft drinks and local beer.
