Executive Chef Konrad Walter
Originally from Schaffhausen, a city in the northern
part of Switzerland, Swiss-born Executive Chef Konrad Walter was lured into the
culinary world when his passion for this industry and for food was recognized
when he went on apprenticeship as cook in Restaurant Casino Bern in 1967 to
1970.
In January 2000, he joined The Manila Hotel. Today,
his culinary philosophy and passion reflect the growing trend towards a
healthier and down-to-earth lifestyle. Chef Walter makes sure that his
