My around the world food tour at Cafe Ilang-ilang of Manila Hotel

Have you ever encounter a buffet feast that would take you around the world because of its line of dishes? Well, I have been there and I found it through Café Ilang-ilang of Manila Hotel.

I thought that when my friend invited me to a buffet launch, it would be just like the other buffet lunches that we have;  just imagine how astonishment I am to find out that there were 12 stations that I can choose from to satisfy my palate.

Manila Hotel is known for its class and history and visiting Café Ilang-ilang proves that they worthy of the award that they received from Philippine Tatler in 2014 as one of the best restaurant of our country.

Café Ilang-ilang is spacious and is a renaissance of chic casual dining that gives its client a more reason to dine to their tummy’s delight.

The Desserts Station under the supervision of Chef Jerome, the new Executive Pastry Chef, is a feast of color and flavor with diners flocking to taste his signature macaroons---among his specialties. It is a sure favorite among the guests with distinguishing palate. Not to be missed are the station’s selection of sugar-free treats guaranteed to satiate the sweet tooth without busting the waistline.

Japanese buffet station and enjoy your favorite tempura hot off the fryer or the freshly-sliced sashimi.
